Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, you agree to check your address confirmation, neighbors or household members, building staff or mailroom, and carrier tracking details before contacting us.

If your order includes a product labeled [PRE-ORDER], you agree to the timelines and conditions described on our Pre-Order Policy page. Orders containing a pre order item ship together.
