Crown patches provide extra compression to the crown without having to wear multiple durags. Your crown is located on the top of your head and is where your hair begins to grow. Due to the curvature of our head, durags tend to provide a little less compression to this area. The hair around your crown is usually thinner than the rest of your hair and wavers find this the hardest area to wave up. 

[CARE INSTRUCTIONS] Hand wash with lukewarm water. Use soap, shampoo, or a mild detergent. Scrub out dirt and grease build-up. Place on a paper towel and let air dry.
